Do you think meditation is weird or just for hippies? I USED TO!

But then I tried meditation and found I LOVED IT! But here is the thing...for meditation to work for me it has to be: 1. quick 2. easy 3. Not weird And I found a way to do that!   Meditating every day (even for 2 minutes) has helped me reduce stress and get focused.  So today I'm sharing with you 6 tips on how to get started with meditation in a way that is for the everyday woman, every day.  Check it out and let me know what you think about meditation!
