How to stop self-sabotage in it's tracks!
Ever caught yourself in self-sabotaging behavior? This video on self-sabotage will show you how to stop self-sabotage and why we self-sabotage ourselves in the first place.
But let's talk about this for a minute here...
When it comes to self-sabotage and our goals, the methods we use are a little hidden. That is why we can find ourselves sitting there on Dec 31st, staring at a list of goals, and realize that while we started we never actually achieved any of these goals.
We might stop and ask ourselves 'why?' and come up with a few reasons why (i.e. a pandemic or something just as real and inconvenient) but the real reason if we look deep down is that we stopped ourselves.
Self-sabotage can happen in a couple of different ways and in this video, I outline 4 ways to sabotage our own success.
Here are the most common ways we self-sabotage ourselves:
1. We set unrealistic goals (In this video I share a method on how to fix that with ANY goal)
2. We let entitlement stop us
3. we let emotions stop us
4. we let people stop us
