When was the last time you did something that really scared you?
For me, it was doing this video. Why? Lots of reasons.
1. It's different than the other videos on my channel--what if it flops? What if no one watches? What if it is weird?
2. It's raw. It's real. It shares personal information about my life--SCARY. What if people reject ME?
I'll spare you the whole list, but those were just a few of the ideas I had swimming in my head this week as I prepped and edited my video.
So what is this video about? Glad you asked. INSPIRING ENVY. Sound a little weird? Hear me out.
"Inspiring Envy" was the phrase I heard years and years ago (from who knows where) but it really stuck with me. I wrote it down as my personal theme for 2013. Well, years go by, we forget personal mantras and life happens. Fast forward a couple years, and I was NOT HAPPY.
I was in a job I LOATHED. I felt lost, confused, and so far away from my life goals. That is when I happened to run across this phrase again "INSPIRE ENVY."
